Sunyani Residents Assess Akufo Addo In His First Year

Some Residents in Sunyani have assessed President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo’s administration as he turns one (1) year in office as the President for the country.  With some commending the government for fulfilling some promises made to Ghanaians during the heat of the 2016 campaign, some are of the view that, one year in office is enough to improve upon the economy of the country.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo was on the 7th of January 2017 sworn into office as Ghana’s 5th President of the 4th Republic, after winning the Presidential elections held in December, 2016 with a percentage of 53.85% of the total valid votes cast, against former President Mahama’s 44.4%.
